Mike Bouchard
Managing Partner
Mike Bouchard is a global operations, product strategy, and supply‑chain leader with deep expertise in advanced hardware, semiconductors, and high‑growth technology environments. At Apple, he led multi‑billion‑dollar cost structures, scaled international manufacturing and wafer‑level supply chains, and supported new‑product introductions.
A former U.S. Army officer with the 82nd Airborne Division and XVIII Airborne Corps, Mike helps companies translate innovative hardware into credible, deployable solutions. Drawing on deep experience with the Department of Defense and government markets, he advises founders, executives, and investors on operations, supply‑chain, and hardware strategy for complex technologies.
Mike holds a Bachelor of Science from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Outside of work, he is an avid skier, car enthusiast, and lifelong learner.
Ron Bouchard
Partner
Brigadier General Ronald M. Bouchard (U.S. Army, Retired) brings more than 40 years of leadership in cyber, IT operations, and strategic planning across the U.S. Army, Joint Commands, and the private sector. After his Army career, he served as Senior Vice President of Operations and Deputy General Manager at NCI Information Systems and as a Partner at Deep Water Point & Associates.
At EverNorth Strategy, Ron leads teams that advise founders, executives, and investors on Department of Defense acquisitions. He provides practical insight and customer intimacy that help companies strengthen business development, opportunity capture, and long‑term growth.
Ron holds a BA from the University of New Hampshire and an MBA from Syracuse University, and he is a member of several professional associations. He was inducted into the UNH ROTC Hall of Fame and, outside of work, enjoys skiing, boating, listening to audiobooks, and time with cars and coffee.
Raven Chapman

As Business Relations Manager, Raven builds partnerships, strengthens client relationships, and drives sustainable growth. With expertise in operations and customer success, she improves retention, streamlines workflows, and ensures clients receive thoughtful, responsive support.
Raven is skilled at working with technical and industry experts in semiconductors, advanced manufacturing, defense and dual‑use technology, and hardware innovation. She connects strategic vision with practical execution, helping organizations solve complex challenges, accelerate outcomes, and achieve durable, long‑term results.
Raven holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and an MBA with a specialization in Human Resources, both from Capella University. Often described as a “super‑human” working mother, she balances professional excellence with family life and, in her limited spare time, enjoys reading, playing video games, and spending time with her family.
